📄 Refund Policy – J.P Institute of Education
At J.P. Institute of Education, we are committed to providing transparent and student-friendly services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or service.
✅ 1. Admission Fee
- Admission fees paid for NIOS, Distance Education, or any other course are non-refundable under any circumstances once the admission is processed.
✅ 2. Cancellation Before Processing
- If the student cancels the admission before the application is submitted to the respective board/university, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
✅ 3. Rejection from Board/University
- If the admission is rejected by the board/university due to eligibility or documentation issues from their side, students will be eligible for a refund after deducting a small processing fee.
- No refund will be applicable if the student provides incorrect or fake documents.
✅ 4. Online Payment Failure
- In case of duplicate payments or technical failures during online transactions, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after proper verification.
✅ 5. Course Change/Transfer
- Once enrolled, course change or transfer is subject to availability and approval by the board/university. No refund will be issued if the student decides to discontinue.
